Should I Drop Brett Anderson and/or Kyle McClellan and Who Should I Pick Up?

Brett has gone 1-5 in his last 6 starts and his era is a 4 and he just went on the DL. McClellan was one of my sleeper picks and he does get me constant wins but hes inconsistant and also on the DL. My fear is dropping one or both of them but then they get hot. So what should i do and if i should drop ehm who should i pick up in their place. Im only in a 8 team league. Thanks.
