Please help me with copyright issues! Not hard question!?

I am an amateur filmmaker and I was just wondering ... Would it be illegal if I were to film a logo (i.e. Apple's or Starbucks's loga?) Thanks. And also, how much would it cost to rent a Starbucks? Thanks again!
