Is he being childish...?

So me and my friend visit my other friends house. Let's call them Ryan and Brett. At Brett's house, we have a good time, the three of us, but Ryan and I often like to play practical jokes on Brett. Nothing big, I mean one time we taped up the doorway, and another time we locked him out. I do understand that it can get a bit out of control and annoying at times, but is it childish for Brett to hold huge grudges, not only for that, but for things in the past? One time Brett got mad at me for not agreeing with him, and he didn't talk to me for a while. This time, he expects me to give him "his" X-box back that he gave to me in the first place! Now he says he's done with me, do you think he has a good reason?
