In the Hunger Games movie, how do you think Capitol accents will sound?

In the books they're described as sounding strange, basically, in comparison to Katniss's southern accent. Was anyone else surprised that Katniss has a southern accent? It does make sense considering District Twelve's location in the Appalachian mountains, but I just never heard her voice in my mind as southern. I'm just curious as to how the filmmakers are going to make the accent sound since inventing one on their own will be difficult and copying a real life one could be potentially offensive. What do you think it will sound like?
