Do you guys think 5 or 10 years from now,it will be easy for inspring filmmakers to make it in the business?

cause a few new filmmakers are coming in.but people keeps saying cause of the economy,it's a lot harder for studios to just bring in new talent.so what do you guys think in 5, 10 or so years,you think it wil be easier to make it or harder?
