Basketball: Do you think an NFL quarterback can last longer then a NBA point guard?

I normally see for both positions retire at the age in their late thirties or early forties. Most notably Brett Favre & John Stockton who both retired at 41 years old. Steve Deberg , Warren Moon, Vinny Testaverde were all NFL quarterbacks that played till their mid 40s.
